Set up your apps

Connect your phone, desktop, and other devices to your Oneva workspace.

Nextcloud mobile app
  1. Install Nextcloud from the App Store or Google Play
  2. Tap Log in and enter: https://your-domain.oneva.cloud
  3. Log in with your-username@your-domain.oneva.cloud

Gives you access to files, auto-upload photos, and push notifications.

Desktop file sync
  1. Download the Nextcloud desktop client for Mac, Windows, or Linux
  2. Enter server address: https://your-domain.oneva.cloud
  3. Log in with your-username@your-domain.oneva.cloud
  4. Choose which folders to sync to your computer

Files appear as a regular folder on your computer and sync automatically.

Email on your phone or desktop

Add an IMAP account in Apple Mail, Outlook, Thunderbird, or any email app:

iOS/macOS: Settings → Mail → Add Account → Other → IMAP.

Using 2FA? Mail still uses your normal Oneva password — app passwords are only for calendar/contacts and file sync, and won't work for mail.

Calendar & contacts sync

Sync calendars and contacts to your phone and desktop apps:

iOS: Settings → Calendar → Accounts → Add Account → Other → CalDAV.
macOS: System Settings → Internet Accounts → Add Other Account → CalDAV.

Using 2FA? Generate an app password (Workspace → personal Security settings) and use it here instead of your Oneva password.

Collabora Office

Office documents open directly in Nextcloud with Collabora Online — no extra setup needed. For the best experience on your own devices, install Collabora Office:

Compatible with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint formats. Editing offline and syncing back works seamlessly with the desktop client.

Nextcloud Talk

Chat, audio, and video calls are built into your workspace. Install the dedicated Talk apps for notifications and calls:

To connect, enter server https://your-domain.oneva.cloud and log in with your workspace email. This is a separate app from the file sync client.
