1. Service Description

Oneva provides managed Nextcloud workspaces including file storage, email, calendar, contacts, video conferencing, and collaborative document editing. Each customer receives a dedicated virtual machine hosted on Hetzner Cloud infrastructure in the EU.

2. Account and Data

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Oneva stores your data on servers located in Helsinki, Finland (EU). Backups are stored in Falkenstein, Germany (EU).

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to distribute malware, to send unsolicited bulk email, or to violate the rights of others.

4. Data Processing

Oneva processes your data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

5. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

6. Termination

You may request deletion of your workspace at any time. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
